I have always loved vegetables. My parents never had to beg, plead, or negotiate with me to get me to eat them. I never thought about drinking vegetables. My aunt who has been vegan for many years suggested I might like them. Finally, a couple of years ago in 2013, I decided to try them. Not only do I like them, but I love them. I followed the Young and Raw 30 day smoothie challenge to learn how to make green smoothies and incorporate them into my diet. I did not like all of the smoothies, so I kept experimenting until I found ones that worked for me.
