Sage
Last year, we planted six sage plants. Sage is a hardy perennial, but even hardy plants might not weather over well during the winter. Only three sage plants returned this year, but they are growing well. I decided to harvest some leaves and dry them to use later. I'm not sure why some of my leaves have brown spots, but I am going to keep a close eye on our sage plants because we want to harvest as much sage as possible.
