As I stated in my previous post, I had to acquire some bell peppers from my parents' garden since my bell pepper plant grew but did not bear any peppers.
I love stuffed peppers, but have never cooked any. I decided to find a recipe for the peppers I picked. If you know me, you know I cannot stick to a recipe; I love to modify. Click here for my version of this yummy stuffed peppers recipe.
As a bonus, I was able to use some of a zuchinni from my garden, one of my modifications, in this recipe.
