Cornish Hen with Orange - Ginger Glaze
I love Cornish Hen. I had the opportunity to use herbs I had dried from my garden for this recipe. When I realized I had the ingredients for a glaze, I whipped up some. I think this orange-ginger glaze would also be awesome on salmon.
